Practice Areas

Tomáš Varšo specialises in advising on competition law and economics.

In competition law, Tomáš advises on cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of dominance and merger clearance. He also deals with the issues of unfair terms in food trade. As part of his practice, Tomáš has represented many leading companies in proceedings before the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition, Slovak and Czech administrative courts and the European Commission.

Tomáš also has extensive experience in advising on compliance, in which he participates in the preparation and implementation of professional training for employees and management of major companies and in the preparation of compliance manuals.

Tomáš has worked with our firm since 2016, first as a student, then as a junior associate and currently as an associate.
