Tereza Ditrychová specialises in intellectual property, media and telecommunications and in civil law of contracts. She also specialises in unfair competition.

In the area of intellectual property she focuses mainly on copyright and industrial law and their protection.

In law of contracts she specialises in the drafting and revisions of commercial contracts, IP-related contracts, licence or franchising agreements.

In the field of unfair competition, she focuses on complex matters relating primarily to unfair competition and the related methods of protection.

Prior to joining our law firm, she worked for four years at a leading Czech law firm where she focused primarily on IP, commercial law and public procurement issues.
