Petra Kašpárková specialises in the public sector, in particular, public procurement and concession proceedings, and advises on projects co-financed from the EU operational programs.
In the public sector, Petra specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice in connection with awarding public contracts and concessions (both on contracting authority and contractor sides), including advice on the preparation of tender conditions and organization of tendering procedures and contractors’ participation in these procedures, the preparation of expert opinions and analyses of the given issue. As part of her practice, she represents clients before the Office for the Protection of Competition.
Prior to joining our law firm, Petra worked in a major consulting company where she advised on the preparation and organization of tendering procedures.
