Practice Areas

Pavlína Petráčková specialises in corporate law, restructuring of business groupings with a particular focus on risk diversification, the arrangement of holding structures and regulation of legal relationships among shareholders.

She also specialises in providing legal advice to private clients of our law firm, particularly involving intergenerational wealth transfers. This includes management settings and handover of family businesses and family assets and settlement of legal relations among family members.

In her practice she has participated in a number of acquisitions and divestitures, acting for both sellers and purchasers, including related due diligence.

Pavlína joined our law firm during her studies at the Charles University, Faculty of Law. After graduating and participating in a half-year study program at University College Cork, Ireland, she resumed her work with our law firm as a junior associate and since 2015 as an associate.
