Oliver Benda specialises in real estate and construction law, commercial law, and administrative law.
In the area of real estate and construction law, Oliver has experience in providing comprehensive advice to Slovak and foreign investors in the construction of logistics and commercial projects, as well as in sales and acquisitions of various types of real estate, including the preparation of legal due diligence. He also advises on leases of industrial and logistics parks and office premises and their subsequent management, in particular on drafting and revising lease agreements and real estate management agreements.
In the area of commercial law, Oliver focuses primarily on providing legal services in the field of commercial contracts such as contracts for work, mandate contracts, supplier contracts, contracts on future contracts and other contracts related to the preparation, construction, management and lease of real estate.
In the area of administrative law, he focuses mainly on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the construction of new development projects as well as the revitalization of existing facilities.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2019, Oliver completed a judicial practice in Vienna and subsequently worked as a lawyer in a major international firm in Slovakia.
