Miroslav Vozáb specialises in corporate law, acquisitions and holding structures. He also provides legal services in the area of corporate transformations, structuring of national and cross-border holding groups and also specialises in litigation and criminal matters with an overlap into corporate law, including representation in court proceedings.
In the area of services for private clients, Miroslav advises on the optimal setup of possession and protection of private and family assets. His experience in this respect includes, inter alia, the implementation of private or family holdings into a client's corporate structure, the establishment and setup of family endowments or the proper arrangement of relations between individual corporations and their bodies.
Miroslav also has extensive experience in establishing companies, branches, associations and investment funds and in implementing corporate changes, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. He also advises companies and shareholders in connection with the organisation of general meetings and on disputes among shareholders, including representation at general meetings and in related litigation matters. Advising on the establishment and setup of joint ventures is also an essential part of his practice.
Before joining our law firm, Miroslav worked for nearly four years in a leading law firm in Brno where he specialised mainly in litigation, criminal law, and corporate law. Currently, he is a partner in our law firm, where he has worked since 2012, and participates in the management of the Brno office.
