Martin Stančík specialises in banking, finance, and capital markets.

In the area of banking, finance and capital markets, Martin focuses primarily on the regulatory aspects of the provision of financial services, including licensing procedures before the Czech National Bank, FinTech, and the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies.

He also has experience in debt financing, participating in legal due diligence, and drafting and revising business contracts.

Prior to joining our law firm as an associate in 2018, Martin worked at the Prague office of the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs where he gained experience in debt financing, insolvency, and contract law. He also previously worked at the Prague office of the international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna.
