Martin Šlampa specialises in litigation, specifically representation in disputes before civil courts, in arbitration proceedings and administrative justice.
In civil disputes, he focuses in particular on damages, disputes arising from contracts for work, disputes concerning real estate and disputes arising from unfair competition.
In administrative justice, Martin has recently participated in disputes concerning excise taxes, construction law and competition law.
Before joining our law firm in 2016, Martin worked as an assistant to judge JUDr. Passer of the Supreme Administrative Court. At the Supreme Administrative Court, he dealt with construction and land law, social security law, taxes, imposing administrative sanctions and generally administrative law as such.
