Martin Drahotský specialises in real estate law, obligations, acquisitions and divestitures, litigation, SW licences, and the automotive and military sector.
In acquisitions and divestitures, he has participated in numerous transactions, representing both sellers and purchasers, in particular in the real estate, energy, engineering and wholesale sectors.
In real estate, Martin specialises in comprehensive legal advice related to real estate acquisitions / sales, from legal due diligence to final contractual documentation.
In the automotive sector, he focuses on intellectual property protection in the development of new technologies and providing support in connection with general documentation of automotive companies.
Before joining our law firm, Martin started his career as a junior lawyer and an associate in major Czech and international law firms. He has also gained experience as an in-house lawyer in a leading Czech engineering company operating in the automotive industry.
