Ludvík Juřička specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction, price control, and dispute resolution.
He participated in a number of M&A transactions (representing both sellers and purchasers) in various manufacturing industries, in particular construction, engineering, and automotive, and also in agriculture and food industry.
In the area of corporate law he specialises in advising private clients, with a focus on intergenerational transfer of capital and the formation of family holding structures, trust funds, and representation of clients in disputes with shareholders.
In the area of real estate and construction law Ludvík provides full legal advice including due diligence for acquisitions of real estate, transactional and supplier contracts, advice on the selection of suppliers and obtention of the relevant public authorisations.

and dispute resolution he focuses on representing clients in price inspections,
