Kateřina Slavíková specialises in pharmaceutical and medical law, commercial law, data protection law, food law as well as advertising and media regulation in general.

In the area of pharmaceutical law, she deals with regulation of medical devices, health insurance and relationships with distributors of pharmaceuticals. Kateřina also focuses on audits of personal data processing and medical recordkeeping by healthcare providers, and audits of data processing in clinical trials of pharmaceutical drugs. In the area of commercial law, she has drafted commercial contracts with chains operating in both the modern and traditional markets as well as with suppliers of services, resources, warehouse services and co-manufacturing.

In the area of food law, Kateřina specialises in particular in the regulation of nutrition and health claims, provision of information to consumers and consumer protection in general, including the context of advertising and television broadcast regulation.

Before joining our law firm, she worked in a multinational focusing on sales of food and food for special medical purposes and in a Czech law firm for several years.
