Kamil Kovaříček specialises in corporate law, the legal aspects of building and managing group and holding structures as well as disputes concerning companies. He also focuses on transformations of companies, the law of obligations and further aspects of commercial law.

In his publications, Kamil deals mainly with the area of equity capital of business corporations, its distribution, and the resulting conflicts of interest between shareholders. He is also actively involved in teaching subjects related to corporate law at law faculties..

Kamil started cooperating with our law firm in 2015 while studying at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.
