law, Juraj has been involved in numerous projects, representing clients from
various economic sectors before competition authorities and courts of law
in matters concerning anti-competitive agreements and also in matters related to merger
notifications. He advises clients on the competition aspects of mergers
and acquisitions and on the structuring of the transactions, and also on
In the area of mergers and acquisitions / commercial law, Juraj has advised clients (sellers and buyers alike) on transactions in various industries, such as heavy engineering, textile, mining, automotive, and insurance.
Prior to joining our law firm, Juraj worked for 8 years in a major Slovak law firm and in the international law firm Schoenherr, where he primarily focused on competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law.
