Josef Žaloudek specialises in corporate tax law, international taxation, restructuring, and related aspects of civil and commercial law.

He has provided advice for important international and local companies working in information technology, the automobile industry, engineering, the food industry, etc.

He also publishes in professional journals in his field of expertise. In the “Financier & Tax firm of the year” awards, he was nominated in the category of “International Taxes” for 2015.

Prior to joining our law firm, Josef worked for more than three years at the Ministry of Finance, and for almost nine years, he cooperated with an important international “Big 4” consulting firm.
