Jitka Soukupová Ivančíková is a legal expert at our law firm, with five years of practical experience in data protection.
Before joining our law firm, Jitka had worked in the private sector with energy, aviation, and automotive companies. Most recently she focused especially on new software development, data lakes, and big data management. She has advised companies in the EU, Russia, Middle East, and Africa on personal data protection. While collaborating with the Centre for Information and Policy Leadership, she was instrumental in drafting interpretation rules for the European Commission in connection with the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the past, Jitka also specialised in commercial and corporate law, including M&A, in a private multinational company and in various law firms.
