Practice Areas

Jiří Nečas, as a legal digitalisation expert, deals with the digital transformation of HAVEL & PARTNERS Group’s internal legal and other processes. As part of this activity, he is involved in the development of innovative software solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of legal outputs, including the implementation of artificial intelligence-based technologies.

In its practice as an attorney at law, he specialises in advising private clients and family companies, structuring the protection of private property, the establishment and administration of endowment institutions and trusts, and the legal aspects of groups of companies. Furthermore, he focuses on company law, the acquisition and sale of corporations and other fields of commercial law.

As part of his advice to private clients, he focuses on the structuring of their possessions and the protection of private and family assets. This includes, among other things, the establishment and administration of personal holdings, private endowment funds and trusts, property transfers and intergenerational property transfers.

Jiří started cooperating with our law firm in 2012 during his studies in the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic.
