Jan Diblík specialises in IP/IT, telecommunications, media, corporate law, acquisitions and divestitures of companies.

In IP/IT law, he focuses on the issue of software licences, the supply and implementation of IT solutions, outsourcing, regulatory issues involving electronic communications, and personal data protection.

In telecommunications and internet technologies, he has advised, for instance, multinational companies on their intended entry into the Czech market.

In media law, Jan advises clients on a regular basis on the aspects of unfair competition, advertising, television and radio broadcasting, and protection of personal rights of an individual.

In acquisitions and divestitures, he was involved in a number of projects and transactions (both on the buyer and the seller side), primarily in the energy, transportation, and media sectors.

Prior to joining our law firm, Jan worked for two years with a major Czech law firm, for four years with the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (Prague), and for two years with the British law firm Linklaters (Prague).
