Jakub Zámyslický specialises in real estate and construction law.
In the area of real estate and
construction Jakub has been involved in numerous transactions concerning
the construction, sale, or acquisition of residential and other real
estate projects, including the drafting of transaction documentation,
performance of comprehensive due diligence investigations of projects
and project companies. He has drafted contracts for the lease and
facility management of office buildings, and has advised clients on the
construction of science parks and sports & leisure facilities.
Prior to joining our law firm, he worked for nearly five years at a major Czech law firm.
