Ivan Rámeš specialises in intellectual
property and information technology law. His specialisation also
includes unfair competition law, consumer law and legal issues related
to the regulation of customer/distributor relations, especially
In IP/IT law, he focuses mainly on
intellectual property rights enforcement and matters related to
industrial rights and copyrighted works, including software.
In the field of unfair competition and
consumer law, Ivan deals mainly with comprehensive administration
related to unfair competition actions and consumer protection.
His narrow specialisation is in
franchising, distribution agreements and other issues related
to consumer/supplier relationships.
In the above fields, Ivan has repeatedly advised a number of major Czech as well as international clients.
Before joining our law firm, Ivan worked at the Civil Law Department of the Municipal Court in Brno and at a law firm in Brno.
