Iva Kadlecová Jahodová provides legal advice mainly in the areas of contract law, real estate, and public sector. Iva also has experience in representing clients in court proceedings. As a junior associate, she has focused on corporate law and corporate transformations, as well as the regulation of legal relations between shareholders.
Iva has been working at our law firm since 2011, as an associate since 2020. Prior to joining our law firm, during her studies she worked at the Prague headquarters of Citibank Europe and at the Prague office of the German law firm Rödl & Partner.
