David Neveselý specialises in mergers, acquisitions, corporate law with a special emphasis on local and cross-border mergers and transfers, financial law, collective investment law and tax-motivated transactions.

He is co-responsible for providing legal and tax advice to private clients, including not only the ultimate beneficial owners of successful local and foreign groups of companies belonging to Czech Top 100 and top managers, but also artists and athletes.

During the past years, David Neveselý has advised clients on numerous acquisitions, divestitures and group restructurings on both the buy and the sell sides, mainly in the area of private equity, construction, the automotive industry, banking and finance.

Before joining our law firm, he worked as a lawyer for nearly five years with a leading Czech consultancy providing comprehensive economic advisory services with a special focus on tax planning.
