David Hauser specialises primarily in public law, and more specifically in administrative proceedings. Having previously worked at various administrative authorities, he understands and has experience in the decision-making procedures of administrative bodies of both first instance and second instance, legislative work, disclosure of information, and representation in judicial proceedings. He deals in more detail with issues of administrative punishment.
Prior joining our law firm in 2018, he worked at the Supreme Administrative Court and at the Central Inspectorate of the State Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority.
