Anikó Gőghová specialises in employment law, as well as commercial and
criminal law. She also advises clients on banking and insurance,
litigation and arbitration, and sports law.
In employment law Anikó provides clients, on a daily basis, with legal
advice covering their everyday needs resulting from legal relations
between employers and employees, including legal advice in connection
with employment and management agreements as well as other labour
In commercial law and corporate law she provides clients with
comprehensive legal support and advice, including advising on
transactions and the law of obligations.
In criminal law Anikó focuses primarily on compliance and preventive programs of legal entities and on related legal support.
In all her practice areas, she prepares legal analyses and due
diligence reports, revises and creates compliance programs and
anti-money laundering programs for companies operating in various fields
of law, such as banking and securities law, insurance, environmental
law, heavy engineering, energy, and automotive.
Prior to joining our law firm, Anikó worked at a major Slovak law firm
where she specialised in commercial law, corporate law, employment law,
and criminal law. Prior to this, Anikó gained experience as a lawyer of
one of Slovakia’s leading banks where she was in charge of the bank’s
shareholders’ agenda as well as of corporate matters of the bank and its
